Our outdoor run club is led by London’s top female personal trainers. We will work with you to achieve your individual fitness goals alongside fun, creative, positive people. We will encourage you to achieve your very best whatever your level of fitness.

We are predominantly a runclub and bootcamp. Every session is different so you won’t get bored. We include ad hoc classes in Pilates, yoga and workshops so you can gain the benefits of these practises too.

We often organise brunch dates and socials in the evenings cos we’re a friendly bunch who like to have fun.

Healthy living is a lifestyle choice, true to our ethos you have the power to create the life you want and we’ll support you on this journey to a healthier and happier life whilst meeting like-minded people and friends for life.
