3 - twist
4 - Birdman with side crunch

A different kind of planking. The instability of a ball makes it so much tougher 🤗💦

5km a day + x1 body exercise a day for 1 minute or maybe 2 😝💪

Why?

anti inflammatory effects-ie good for skin, discipline, reset, confidence boost.

This would be so impossible to follow through on my own, especially as the days am get colder. I have an accountability buddy to help get me through.

Not your usual zen post.

Mixing up your workouts is the ultimate method to build a strong body and resilient mind. 

I love a sweaty workout because it take me to places I never thought I could after having 2 scoliosis operations. Followed by a cold shower I’m fresh and my brain is so alert. Anyone else feel this?

Practising Pilates gives me the strength and good form and no injury(to date)

Running gives me the endurance

Yoga keeps me calm(when I’m out of breath) and gives me the belief that I can push to the end

This was a truly brutal
1-drop squats
2-burpees (throw in a few chest downs because I can)
3-plank hold (active recovery)
4- jump squats
5-huff and puff
Pyramid round 1 20secs, R2 30 secs, R3 40 secs (back to back)

Rest anywhere between 20-40 secs between each round (depending on your fitness)
