How bad do you want to feel good?

Sculpted arms don’t happen over night.
Even before you start working out it starts with…
- positive outlook
- self belief
- determination
- fearlessness
- perseverance
- a vision
- a purpose
- commitment
- consistency

Have you got what it takes?

This class is coming soon to YouTube channel. Link in bio

London in its glory (at sunset)

The kinda thing that happens when you force yourself out of the house but I think I made the right choice ⬆️

In the end I was well thankful I went to the gym 👯‍♀️🍑

If you’re like me and you just can’t sit still…

These movements are so delicious for the spine, hips, arms and abs.

1 - step throughs
2 - spinal rolls
3 - 3-legged dog with spider
4 - twisted plank
5 - glute bridge and rescue the phone…… 🤣🤣

If you what to the end you’ll see how this video ended up in a very unexpected dip 🤣🤣

BEST EXERCISE 🔥🍑

All you need to do is 5 on each side. Repeat 2-3 times. Go as SLOW as you possibly can.
(To progress add more reps or ankle weights)

I often add these elevated clams as a finisher to my workouts.

It hurts like hell but I have a good relationship with pain. Pushing through the pain barrier makes me feel unstoppable and reminds me that life has no limits (it’s all in my head)

IT’S IN THE DETAIL.
This subtle pelvic tilt will deepen the work in your hip and glute 🔥

Moving with intention is what will separate you from the bunch. It’s what will make you stronger mentally and physically. It will allow you to enjoy your beautiful body and appreciate it for what it can actually do if you teach it and listen to it.

3 minute stretch and release

Can’t sit still? Neither can I!

For me either movement, reading a book or journaling help me to restore balance. What’s your best tool?

When in Spain. Viviendo mi mejor vida 🔆🥘🌴

I am currently travelling, in hotels and now with Mum beautiful mum in Spain.

Sometimes I find it hard to fit in my daily stretch and strength or I just can’t find the motivation.

This day my body was just screaming out for some movement so I just stayed in bed and did these.

To keep your body conditioned Consistency is your absolute friend.
Discipline to keep doing it is your second best friend. And third… is Joy!

Find pleasure in whatever you do and it gets easy.

Running into the week with intention.

You see what you focus on.

I could tell you what parts of my body that I dislike. But…. I won’t, because that’s all you’ll see.
I will however highlight a big fat scar. Right down the middle of my back. It’s called scoliosis. I’ve lived with it for like 30 years, I’ve had 2 massive ops. It’s doesn’t define me. It’s made me who I am today. Resilient, strong, confident inlove with my body.

DON’T GO TO THE GYM

When we learn to let go life flows… it really does!

Now I’ve logged off for the day. I express gratitude for this moment and relax. Its taken me years to stop beating myself up and convincing myself that I have to be busy all the time. I learned that Its ok to have downtime (this took me years to figure out) So im not even going to listen to a podcast(because let’s face it, that is being ‘productive’)The more I do the more stressed I’d get.

My message; If you’re stuck in your own story of self inflicted pressure. LET IT F***%%*ing GO and relax.

Options:
Read a book
Mediate
Breathe
Take a walk
Have sex
Go to the theatre
Don’t go to the gym
Try some yoga
Don’t think just do (watch Maverick in the cinema)

Happy Friday kiddos

THE SCISSOR - mobilises the hips, elongates the hamstrings, opens up the thoracic spine. (TIP: if the head tries to tip back, give yourself a double chin or cushion your head) Anything hips and hamstrings helps open up any blocks in my body.

LOW PLANK HIGH PLANK - This for me, is one of the most challenging plank variations. Stabilising the body whilst carrying my body weight with my arms - makes me feel like superwoman

CRUNCH AND TWIST - any twisting movement in my spine feels like a massage, even when it’s a tough exercise
