What makes you love exercise so much Exercise to me is for the mind, body and soul. It makes me feel good on the inside and out, puts me in a positive mood and keeps me feeling productive. 

Whats your favourite exercise and why I love HIIT training. I love a short but intense session where I sweat and work hard. It makes me feel amazing after!

Whats your favourite holiday destination Mykonos! I love the scenery and Greek food.

Whats your wardrobe essential Gym leggings! I can never have enough and will wear them anywhere.

When you’re not exercising what do you like to do most I trained as a dancer so I love to dance any chance I get. 

What would your advice be to anyone who wants to feel good about themselves Don’t wait until the conditions are perfect to begin. Make the time and make yourself a priority.
